This is very insightful. I tried taking two different kinds of fiber supplements but they both caused bloating, gas and constipation. I hear people living fiber supplements and I wish they worked for me as well.

Sorry to hear that, Yurika. Maybe you just haven’t found the right type for you yet? Did you check the ingredient list carefully? Some supplements contain sweeteners and preservatives that can cause issues. It could also be that the dose you started with was too high?
